Annex Group - A separate group from a group of 12 that is maintained as an open group where others are groomed to be in your twelve in case there is an open space.

Consolidation - The process of connecting new believers into the body and securing them in the
Lord.

Consolidation Director - This is the person that is in charge of coordinating the the follow up and care of the new believers.

Couples Cells - Cells where the couples meet together for worship and then separate for the cell
lesson by gender.

Closed Cell - A cell where no new members are now being invited. It is a cell for leader formation, and is also know as a group of 12.

Dream Boards - These are boards located in the pastors offices with pictures of their twelve and
144 and where they are in the process.

Excellerate -  The PC software Bethany uses to keep track of the cell and cell leaders along with
consolidation figures and updates.

Group of 12 -  This a cell group of  men, women or youth in that each member has opened and is
leading a cell. [Goal is to have 12]

Generation - The groups of cells that are under each of the Principle 12 leaders of the Pastor.

Principle of 12 Network - Worldwide Network of Pastors implementing the Principle of 12 that are being mentored by another leader in the network.

Global 12 Project - Missions Project to plant churches around the world by implementing the
Principle of 12 on an Apostolic type level. www.global12project.com

Ladder of Success - Basic first steps in the vision that is to WIN, CONSOLIDATE, DISCIPLE and
SEND.

Macro Cells - A group of cells under a particular leader that all meet as one big cell meeting for a
specific purpose

Miracle Catches - These are the specific church services focused on faith goals for souls to be
saved and a specific plan is set in place to bring in new people.

Network -  The entire group of cells and members whether men, women, youth or children.

Open Cell - A cell where new unbelievers and believers are invited.

PEP - This is the abbreviation for Pre Encounter, Encounter and Post Encounter

Encounter - Three day retreat that is focused on ministering to believers in a powerful way.

Pre Encounter - Four lessons given to individuals before going on an Encounter.

Post Encounter - Ten lessons given to individuals returning from an Encounter.

Prayer of Three - Prayer practiced in the cells and in the school of leaders that sets up three people prayer each for three new people to be saved.

Re Encounter - Three day retreat for leaders that are in or have finished the second trimester of the
school of leaders.

Timothy - refers to the name given to individuals who have potential to mentor others and open a
cell but have not yet launched their cell group.  Many have completed the 2nd trimester
of the school, but have not been able to open a cell.  They are categorized as Timothy's
and are given special attention to open their cells.

The VISION - The Vision is God's vision to Win Souls and make disciples. The Principle of 12 Model is used to accomplish God's vision.

Your 12 - the individuals you have selected to mentor and train to be successful leaders in the Lord.
