Mechanics of the Vision
The mechanics of the vision include the elements that make it work. The heart of the vision is like the oil in the motor that keeps it moving freely and without locking up. The mechanics part of the vision must be in place in this vision of multiplication.
If you increase from 10 to 20, that is one thing; but if you increase from 12 to 144 to 1,728, you must have a structure in place to hold the harvest and help administrate what God is giving you. The mechanics of the vision help hold the harvest and keep it growing.

What are some of the mechanics of the vision? The “ladder of success” is the basic part of the vision that brings into focus the true VISION, which is God’s plan of seeing people won, consolidated, discipled, and then released as part of His sending force. Thus, the ladder of success is part of the mechanics of the vision.
Ladder of Success:
WIN CONSOLIDATE DISCIPLE SEND
WIN
Winning must have various elements to make it work. The networks, the prayer of three, cells, and miracle catches are all ways of winning. Even though there are methods that can help you learn how to win, what really makes a church a winning church is a power restoration ministry (which we see in the consolidation part of the ladder of success).
What will bring your church to a new level of winning souls? Answer: Addressing the issues of people’s lives that have produced barrenness and helping them find answers in the Lord.
CONSOLIDATE
Consolidation has two focuses. The first is the follow-up process with new believers that features a secure method of seeing people brought from the altar into a steady walk in the Lord. The second arm is the Pre-Encounter, Encounter, and Post-Encounter. This is the powerful side of the vision that so many pastors are finding so helpful in seeing their members healed and delivered.
DISCIPLE
This is the mentoring process that helps form the character of the believers in the church. Once they have been healed and delivered, there must be a process to help them become fruitful in the Lord. The School of Leaders is one of the tools we use to see people discipled.
After the second trimester of the School of Leaders, there is another Encounter called the Re-Encounter, where leaders go to be ministered to before entering the last trimester of the school.
Another discipling tool is the small group setting where leaders gather and lessons are given to help disciple them. The personal ministry of each leader to his members, as well as teaching from the pulpit, is part of the discipling process.
SEND
This is the releasing of leaders that shows how well you have done your job as pastor. If your leaders are not effectively making it on their own, you may need to make adjustments in your preparation of them as leaders.
