The Ladder of Success is simply the basic steps in the process of the vision of winning a person to the Lord and taking them on to fruitfulness through personal ministry and teaching. It is an easy way to begin to introduce the vision to a local church. It is based on the the great commission of Mathew 28.19-20. It is called the "Ladder" because there is a sequence and each step is important. One is not without the other and if one is left out the goal of making disciples of the nations with not happen.
